okay, so this song was whipped up in about 15 minutes for the "Welcome to Splitsville" on Slippery Slope Recordings. I originally had the idea, with all the guitar parts but no drive to bother with it because it was setout to be a "love song". As for the final ideas put together in the studio with Mark Brunott (Debasement Studios, Ferntree Gully), we slowed it down and added some extra vocals. Nathan Seeckts, a good friend of mine, came up with the idea of "borrow your heavy heart" as a background voice for the chorus. It all came together nicely and was pretty simple. There's no real reason behind this song, it's cute and fluffy and gives a nice grunt in the chorus.
